FEBRUARY MEETING:

  1. PORTEN has filed for a Legal Review of the County Council decision to forbid the rezoning of the PGC Property. At this point we are not sure of our involvement in this new process, since it is essentially between the County and Porten. Our lawyer, David Gardner, will advise us as he know more himself.

  2. We have had some complaints about vandalism in the community. Mostly destruction of property with paint as gang style markings on our sprinkler enclosure shed and benches. The police has been notified and has verified that these marking are gang related.

  3. We have sent about 20 letters regarding ARC issues with the Single Family houses. Mostly minor wood-rot and paint problems. These issues were discovered during our semi-annual walk-through. We feel confident that once the weather warms, the homeowners will quickly rectify the issues.

  4. There has been a complaint that there are more than one family living in 120?? Cherry Blossom Place. We will contact the owner for verification that their renters are within their lease requirements.

  5. Garaged Town Home Pole Lamp Issue: We will send to about 20 THs letters about their burnt-out lamps in the front yard. According to our covenants, these lamps must be maintained as part of the overall security of the TH area.

  6. It has come to our attention that the roof on the gazebo is in need of repair or replacement. We will contact a contractor of evaluation and quote.

TREASURER’S REPORT:

  1. MH provided copies of the association financial statements for the last period. No issues

ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW:
