ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS & MINUTES REVIEW :

MARCH MEETING:

  1. There appears to be a significant amount of construction / demolition at the PGC. RDS to contact the county to determine if these changes are to bring the site into compliance with prior special exceptions. Gardner will be asked to inquire.


  2. It has come to our attention that the legal review of the rezoning case by Porten has been dropped by Porten, but picked up by PGC and their lawyer.


  3. There are 20 single-family homes with 1 or more basket ball equipment in front of the house. 9 of the 20 are permanently installed in concrete. RSD will check the files to see which homes have filed an ARC request. Letters will be sent to those without approved requests


  4. The agency that owns 120?? Cherry Blossom Place has been contacted and informed of complaints of multiple families. They promised to follow-up.


  5. Garaged Town Home Pole Lamp Issue: We sent letter to all THs with burnt-out lamps. As of this date all have complied and restore the lighting.


  6. OK Directory. RS will send an Excel file to ES and LG to compare to the latest listing from ABS. Once complete the OK Database will be updated and new letters will be generated to each homeowner for confirmation of information. Once confirmed, the directory will be printed and sent to ABS for distribution.

TREASURER’S REPORT:

  1. MH provided copies of the association financial statements for the last period ending. 11/30/05 and 12/31/05. ABS noted that there may be an error with the Pepco bill. The board to review. ABS also provided a copy of the State Farm bill for payment authorization. Payment was authorized.

ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW:

  1. No ARC requests this month.
